The classic 1975 album, a meticulously crafted jewel in their crown, is Queen’s fourth studio album and propelled the band on to the world stage on a mammoth scale, establishing them as a major international force. A wonderfully rich album, it is a diverse gathering of carefully constructed compositions from all four band members, every track strong and every moment beautifully recorded - Brian May would later refer to the album as ‘Queen’s Sgt Pepper’. It was their first No.1 album, the first to be awarded Platinum status and produced the band's immensely popular worldwide hit and most successful UK single, 'Bohemian Rhapsody'. The album also includes the popular 'You're My Best Friend' and 'Love of My Life'.
